Thank you for supporting Sri Channappaswamy JKST. All donations made through our website are voluntary contributions towards religious, charitable, and development activities of the trust
2. No Refund Policy
- All donations are final and non-refundable
- - Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate transaction due to technical error
- Incorrect amount debited due to system issue
- Failed transaction where amount is debited but not credited to the trust
In such cases, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- The refund may take 7–10 working days depending on the bank/payment gateway.
5. Transaction Failure
- If your transaction fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be handled by your bank or payment gateway automatically

6. Donor Responsibility
- Donors are requested to verify all details (amount, purpose, etc.) before making a donation
- The trust will not be responsible for incorrect details entered by the donor
